Cortney McDermott (born October 3rd, Harvey, Illinois) is an author credited with writing the book "Change Starts Within You: Unlock the Confidence to Lead with Intuition," about rethinking success, redefining sustainability, and expanding human potential.[1] The book and teachings has been reviewed by Fox News Chicago, The Huffington Post, FOX news, and Women’s Health.[2] The publication was an Amazon Bestseller in the US, the UK, and in Canada.[3] McDermott is also a former executive at Vanity Fair Corporation (publicly held company listed on the NYSE: VFC).[4] She is also a speaker for TEDx.[5]
