Connor Cruise (born January 17, 1995) is an American actor, DJ, and avid fisherman.[1] He is the adopted son of actors Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.[2] Connor gained recognition for his roles in films such as Seven Pounds (2008) and Red Dawn (2012), and later pursued a career as a DJ, performing at various venues across the United States.[3][4]
Early Life and Family
Connor Anthony Kidman Cruise was born in Florida and was adopted by Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman shortly after his birth in 1995. He has an adopted sister, Isabella Jane Cruise, and several half-siblings: Suri Cruise (daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes), and Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret (daughters of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.
Acting Career
Connor made his acting debut portraying Young Ben in the film Seven Pounds (2008), starring alongside Will Smith.[5] He later appeared as Daryl Jenkins in the 2012 remake of Red Dawn, which featured actors such as Chris Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson.[6]
DJ Career
In his late teens, Connor embarked on a career as a DJ, performing under his own name.[7] He played at various venues, including Harrah's The Pool After Dark in Atlantic City, where he celebrated his 21st birthday. His DJ career saw him performing at events and clubs across the United States.[8]
Personal Life
Connor is known for maintaining a relatively private lifestyle. He has a passion for deep-sea fishing and often shares glimpses of his fishing adventures on social media.[9] In recent years, he has also developed an interest in golf, occasionally posting about his experiences on the golf course.[10]
