Churiyas is a small village of 636 hectares in Degana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Churiyas depends on Merta City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Churiyas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Churiyas's pin code is 341514[4], and village code is 01852500. The area of Churiyas is segregated as 160.32 hectares irrigated area, 345.47 hectares unirrigated, the 102.48 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 28.22 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Churiyas is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 767 and has total administration over 150 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Merta City and Nagaur to sell millet and make their living.
