Christian Galvan was born in the city of Querétaro, Mexico on October 29, 1976. Since 1997, he has been a professor and researcher at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, teaching economics, international politics, and entrepreneurship. He has also held positions such as Director of High School, Campus Director, Zone Director, and recently served as the Chief Learning Officer for Tecnológico de Monterrey, Tecmilenio, TecSalud, SorteosTec, and NicMexico. In this role, he was responsible for the strategy and execution of training and development plans for over 32,000 employees, professors, and researchers.

His book Adolescence... Blessing or Curse has been number one in book sales in Mexico and the United States for topics related to parenting and intergenerational communication. Among his other books and publications, his 90 Days to Success methodology stands out, where he shares 5 dimensions that he believes we should focus on in order to feel successful and fulfilled.

He has worked for large companies such as Quest International, Kellogg Company, and Grupo Liverpool, where he served as the Director of Learning and Rector of the Liverpool Virtual University. With over 100,000 employees, the Liverpool Virtual University is considered one of the most important Corporate Universities in Mexico and Latin America.

Christian Galvan is a recognized Chief Learning Officer, consultant, and international speaker on Corporate University issues. He is an expert in intergenerational learning and communication in business and is considered one of the "Most Innovative Learning Culture Generators" in Mexico.

He has studied at prestigious universities in the United States, United Kingdom, and Mexico, including Stanford, Strathclyde University, IPADE, ICAMI, and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
