Chris Cheung Ka Kei (Chinese: 張嘉祺; born 25 May 1989) is a Hong Kong activist. He is the founder and Treasurer of the Hospital Authority Employees Alliance (HAEA), a labour union representing Hospital Authority staff. He played an major role in the labour strike in February 2020 to demand full border closure in response to the COVID-19 outbreak in Hong Kong with Winnie Yu (nurse).
