Chris Boswell (born 1982) is A Dubai based real estate broker working on the Palm Jumeirah.[1][2][3]
In 2015 Boswell brokered the sale of a AED185m ($50m) Palm Jumeirah beachfront estate which became the highest single residential property sale ever recorded and remained unbroken for seven years.[4][5][6][7][8][9]
In 2021 Boswell completed a AED 70.2m Palm Jumeirah Villa Sale which was another highest recorded sale.[10]
Boswell has contributed several Op-ed articles to Arabian Business.[11][12]
Boswell has been included in the Middle East Spears 500 Index for Ultra High Net Worth Advisors for 2023.[13][2][14]
