Choroti Pahar is a small village of 451 hectares in Ramgarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Choroti Pahar depends on ALWAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 22.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Choroti Pahar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Choroti Pahar's pin code is 301028[4], and village code is 00832700. The area of Choroti Pahar is segregated as 327 hectares irrigated area, 40 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 74 hectare area not available for cultivation.
