Chodha is a small village of 1847 hectares in Bilara Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chodha depends on Pipar City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 80.35% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chodha is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chodha's pin code is 342601[4], and village code is 02008300. The area of Chodha is segregated as 80.35 hectares irrigated area, 1366.01 hectares unirrigated, the 255.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 145.76 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pipar City and Jodhpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
