Chitrahar is a small village of 554 hectares in Bah Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chitrahar depends on Bah (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Chitrahar's pin code is 283114[4], and village code is 01655100. The area of Chitrahar is segregated as 154 hectares irrigated area, 143 hectares unirrigated, the 29 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 78 hectare area not available for cultivation.
