Chirasan is a small village of 433 hectares in Chirawa Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chirasan depends on CHIRAWA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 306.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chirasan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chirasan's pin code is 333514[4], and village code is 00712700. The area of Chirasan is segregated as 306 hectares irrigated area, 72.62 hectares unirrigated, the 42 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 12 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Chirasan is a census village in the district of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1525 and has total administration over 301 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of CHIRAWA and Jhunjhunu to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
