Chimanpura is a small village of 260 hectares in Lalsot Tehsil in Dausa district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chimanpura depends on Lalsot, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 50.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chimanpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chimanpura's pin code is 303503[4], and village code is 01432300. The area of Chimanpura is segregated as 132 hectares irrigated area, 64 hectares unirrigated, the 38 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 26 hectare area not available for cultivation.
