Chicharli is a small village of 1888 hectares in Luni Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chicharli depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chicharli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Chicharli's pin code is 342014[4], and village code is 01996800. The area of Chicharli is segregated as 1490.98 hectares unirrigated, the 193.42 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 204 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Chicharli is a census village in the district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1844 and has total administration over 344 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jodhpur to sell ghee and make their living.
