Chhibbi is a small village of 218.5 hectares in Rasra Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chhibbi depends on Rasra (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Chhibbi's pin code is 221701[4], and village code is 09155700. The area of Chhibbi is segregated as 200 hectares irrigated area, 6 hectares unirrigated area. the 2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 10.54 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Chhibbi has One post office (Chhibbi B.O). Chhibbi has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Chhibbi is a census village in the district of Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 3810 and has total administration over 608 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rasra (MB) and Ballia to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
