Chheetariya is a small village of 1544 hectares in Sojat Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chheetariya depends on Sojat, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chheetariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chheetariya's pin code is 306104[4], and village code is 02418500. The area of Chheetariya is segregated as 95 hectares irrigated area, 793 hectares unirrigated, the 478 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 178 hectare area not available for cultivation.
