Chhapri Khurd is a small village of 496 hectares in Merta Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chhapri Khurd depends on Didwana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 51.07% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chhapri Khurd is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chhapri Khurd's pin code is 341511[4], and village code is 01777200.
