Chhapra is a small village of 1027 hectares in Pahari Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chhapra depends on Kaman, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chhapra is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chhapra's pin code is 321204[4], and village code is 00957200. The area of Chhapra is segregated as 139 hectares irrigated area, 433 hectares unirrigated, remaining 454.6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
