Chhajala is a small village of 1031 hectares in Bagora Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chhajala depends on BHINMAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chhajala is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Chhajala's pin code is 343032[4], and village code is 02308000. The area of Chhajala is segregated as 181 hectares irrigated area, 432 hectares unirrigated, the 398.68 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 19 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Chhajala is a census village in the district of Jalor, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1869 and has total administration over 323 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BHINMAL and Jalor to sell wool and make their living.
