Chaupanki is a small village of 454 hectares in Tijara Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chaupanki depends on BHIWADI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chaupanki is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chaupanki's pin code is 301707[4], and village code is 00800700. The area of Chaupanki is segregated as 70.33 hectares irrigated area, 115.12 hectares unirrigated, remaining 65 hectare area not available for cultivation.
