Chareenda is a small village of 242 hectares in Ladpura Tehsil in Kota district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chareenda depends on KAITHOON, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Chareenda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chareenda's pin code is 325001[3], and village code is 03803200. The area of Chareenda is segregated as 207.39 hectares irrigated area, 0.23 hectares unirrigated, the 18.05 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 16.54 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The workforce is 175 male, 184 female with 337 (93.87%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 167 males and 170 females. 141 males and 154 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 12 male and 11 female agricultural labor. 22 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KAITHOON and Kota to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
