Charan Kheri is a small village of 239 hectares in Bari Sadri Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Charan Kheri depends on Bari Sadri, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Charan Kheri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Charan Kheri's pin code is 312403[4], and village code is 03702500. The area of Charan Kheri is segregated as 34.29 hectares irrigated area, 97.44 hectares unirrigated, the 37.22 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 69.71 hectare area not available for cultivation.
