Chandpura is a small village of 555 hectares in Raniwara Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chandpura depends on BHINMAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 15.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chandpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chandpura's pin code is 343049[4], and village code is 02337000. The area of Chandpura is segregated as 103 hectares irrigated area, 344 hectares unirrigated, the 107.89 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BHINMAL and Jalor to sell earthen pot and make their living.
