Chandoor is a small village of 2452 hectares in Bhinmal Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chandoor depends on BHINMAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 803.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chandoor is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chandoor's pin code is 307803[4], and village code is 02304200. The area of Chandoor is segregated as 803 hectares irrigated area, 156 hectares unirrigated, the 310 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 1183 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BHINMAL and Jalor to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
