Chanda Kheri is a small village of 137 hectares in Ghatol Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chanda Kheri depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Chanda Kheri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chanda Kheri's pin code is 327001[4], and village code is 03394000. The area of Chanda Kheri is segregated as 104 hectares irrigated area, 1 hectares unirrigated, the 20 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 12.29 hectare area not available for cultivation.
