Chanda Ka Talab is a small village of 1399 hectares in Bundi Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chanda Ka Talab depends on BUNDI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 20.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Chanda Ka Talab is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chanda Ka Talab's pin code is 323021[3], and village code is 02770600. The area of Chanda Ka Talab is segregated as 67 hectares irrigated area, 8 hectares unirrigated, the 336 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 78 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bundi to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
