Chanchori is a small village of 3445 hectares in Pali Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chanchori depends on Rani, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 321.27% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chanchori is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chanchori's pin code is 306115[4], and village code is 02439800. The area of Chanchori is segregated as 324.1 hectares irrigated area, 2664.5 hectares unirrigated, the 154.05 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 302.04 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rani and Pali to sell bricks and make their living.
