Chamanpura is a small village of 635 hectares in Banera Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chamanpura depends on Bhilwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chamanpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chamanpura's pin code is 311401[4], and village code is 02830900. The area of Chamanpura is segregated as 114.41 hectares irrigated area, 208.47 hectares unirrigated, the 212.88 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 94.36 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bhilwara to sell earthen pot and make their living.
