Chainapura is a small village of 80 hectares in Dhaulpur Tehsil in Dholpur district, also known as the land of red stone in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chainapura depends on DHAULPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Chainapura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chainapura's pin code is 328024[3], and village code is 01165600. The area of Chainapura is segregated as 48.25 hectares irrigated area, 18 hectares unirrigated, the 7 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 7 hectare area not available for cultivation.
