Cassady Cayne is an author, energy coach and wellness influencer. Her book "The Universe Speaks, Are You Listening?" was published by Hay House/Penguin Random House in 2020.
With an academic background in psychology and history, Cayne grew up in an Atheist working class family in Northern Europe, raised with the belief that there was no higher power, existence was hard and there was no deeper purpose to life. After losing her job in the media at the age of 21 and struggling with depression, she experienced an unexpected spiritual awakening which completely changed her life path.
Since launching her blog in 2015, Cayne’s energy work and inspirational writing has gone on to reach over a million readers and clients worldwide. She has been featured in major media including Psychology Today, Entrepreneur, Yahoo! and more, speaking at the “You Can Heal Your Life Summit” alongside leading authors such as Dr Deepak Chopra, Gabrielle Bernstein and Dr Joe Dispenza. In December 2020, she was featured in Yahoo Finance as one of "11 Female Entrepreneurs Everyone Will Know In 2021" alongside Brene Brown,sarah Blakley and more.
After opening to new states of perception, energy work and consciousness shifts changed Cayne's life beyond recognition, she now wants to share that help with others. Her work focuses on empowering people to unlock their true potential, connect with their intuition and live their highest path. She now lives in Los Angeles.
