Along with Roberto Ferrante, Raspollini participated in the edition of "Marisa La Nuit" on Rai Uno. This collaboration was further strengthened by the birth of “La Fiorita Officina”. The company carries out consultancy services, design and production of texts for radio, TV, cinema and is also a production company. Over time, work on TV became more and more important: Adriano Celentano|Adriano Celentano's “Fantastico” and "Prontp, è la Rai?" on Rai Uno. With Mara Venier, at the beginning, and Claudio Sorrentino, the famous voice actor of John Travolta, the program “Troppo Forti” for Rai Due realized in the Rai Production Center in Naples.

In 1988, La Fiorita Officina produced two shows from abroad for Rai Uno: "Palcoscenico Italia" in Brisbane (Australia) on the occasion of the Universal Exposition and "Italia 2000" in Moscow (USSR).

The order to make the auditions for “Fantastico number 8” by Adriano Celentano arrived, where Ferrante was among the authors and Carlo Raspollini took care of the artistic direction of 2000 auditions to discover the “Dreamers”, with the Intervideo production. At the same time, he dealt with the texts of Andy Luotto inserted in the cast of “Pronto è la Rai?” (Hello is it Rai?) on Rai Uno, hosted by Giancarlo Magalli, Simona Marchini and Troppo Forti” Claudio Simonetti.

On Rai Due, in the period 1989-90, the talk show in 125 episodes, with Sandra Milo: “L’amore è una cosa meravigliosa” (Love is a wonderful thing), went down in history for the famous scene of the phone call with Sandra crying shouting the name of her son "Ciro, Ciro ..." who believes injured in the hospital, but it was all a hoax, perhaps decided by a spectator. In the same year, La Fiorita Officina produced the series "Tua Bellezza e dintorni", which continued until 1992. The program "Fuori Bordo" was aired on Rai Uno for the First Stage of the Corsa Venezia - Montecarlo Off Shore, co-authored by Raspollini and Giorgio Verdelli. On October 18 of the same year, he participated as an author, in the special of Linea Verde: "Planet 2000/A Sunday for the Earth", from the island of Montecristo, with :it:Federico_Fazzuoli|Federico Fazzuoli and Vito Minore.

The shows (1992-1995)

On Christmas Eve 1992 on Rai Due, he became the author of the program “E venne una stella” (And a star has arrived). Later this year, Raspollini left production La Fiorita Officina to set up his own business. Between 1993 and 1995, the period of circus and Christmas shows continued, with several networks from various theaters, in prime time. On :it:Telemontecarlo|Telemontecarlo he created “Cocktail of Remnants”. The turning point came when :it:Brando_Giordani|Brando Giordani was appointed as director of Rai Uno. They called him to replace him together with :it:Emilio_Ravel|Emilio Ravel, Paola Cattaruzza and Romano Ciriaci.

The morning container was led by Luca Giurato and Livia Azzariti. The same authors also realized the end of year show "Di che segno siamo?” (What sign are we?) with the astrologer :it:Branko_(astrologo)|Branko. On Telemontecarlo, the Sanremo Festival is anticipated with a show from the party hall of the Casino di Campione d'Italia entitled "Noi non ci... Sanremo" (the meaning would be: We won't be there). On :it:Cinquestelle|Cinque Stelle TV, Carlo Raspollini realized for the production of Studio Immagine by Maurizio Carrano: "The Response of the Stars", a weekly broadcast from January to July 1994. Later in the year as a writer/director, he then made 66 episodes of "Tigginostri", alongside Andy Luotto and Mario Marceno and more circus performances. On January 13, 1995, a Christmas gift show, conducted by Liana Orfei, Michele Mirabella and Lino Banfi, was broadcast by the Golden Circus Festival, created by Carlo Raspollini with Stefano Jurgens, and Marco Luci. In that show, guests were Clarissa Burt, Brigitte Nielsen, Nino Frassica, Anna Kanakis, Jucas Casella.

The Magazine 1995-2000

These are the years of the ":it:Unomattina|Unomattina" container program with Luca Giurato, Livia Azzariti, Pino Strabioli, and Branko. On the occasion of the Christmas holidays, the show “Di che segno siamo?” was staged by the Teatro Vespasiano in Rieti, with the same author group.

In 1996, Unomattina was entrusted to three conductors: Maria Teresa Ruta, Livia Azzariti, and then :it:Maria_Teresa_Ruta|Melba Ruffo di Calabria. This season began with a friendship and his collaboration with Beppe Bigazzi (Giuseppe Bigazzi, former manager of important Italian companies such as ENI, Agip, Lanerossi, GEPI, Maserati), who spoke on "Unomattina" with a column called Shopping Bag. The show “Di che segno siamo?” again aired on December 29, 1996 by the Central Theater of Sanremo, signed by Raspollini, Paola Cattaruzza, Romano Ciriaci, with the conductors of Unomattina plus Elisabetta Gardini and Branko. Here also began his collaboration with two producers: Vittoria Cappelli and Vittoria Ottolenghi with whom he realizes the show "Torna a Sorrento" (Return to Sorrento, as the title of a famous Neapolitan song) from the Marina Grande of Sorrento on 25 July 1997, conducted by Melba Ruffo di Calabria and Livia Azzariti.

He was the author of other first evenings for Rai Uno, such as "Angeli sotto le stelle” (Angels Under the Stars) from the Capitoline Hill in Rome, with Giancarlo Magalli and :it:Sabina_Ciuffini|Sabrina Ciuffini. The show is repeated the following year with the addition of :it:Red_Ronnie|Red Ronnie. Raspollini again began as an author, the edition of “Linea Verde” with :it:Fabrizio_Binacchi|Fabrizio Binacchi, until May 2000. In the edition of “Unomattina” at the turn of 2000, Paola Saluzzi is confirmed alongside Luca Giurato, after a happy summer edition, to June 2001.

The Gastronomic Programs (2000-2007)

This is the "gastronomic" period due to the collaboration with Beppe Bigazzi. Antonella Clerici returns from Mediaset, recalled by the director of Rai Uno :it:Agostino_Saccà|Agostino Saccà, who has experimented with a new English format (Ready, Steady, Cook), based on a challenge between chefs: “La Prova del Cuoco". Antonella Clerici is entrusted with the management and two editorial offices are formed, one Endemol and a Rai, in which he and :it:Gustavo_Verde|Gustavo Verde with Claudio Maddalena join in. The cast is joined by Anna Moroni and Beppe Bigazzi, to go beyond the challenge and bring the duration to an hour and a half.

In the wake of the success of ":it:La_prova_del_cuoco|Prova del Cuoco", the Stream's Travel Channel entrusted the responsibility to Beppe Bigazzi (conductor) and Carlo Raspollini (author and director) for a series of 12 episodes entitled "Le Toscane".

Before taking the reins of Rai Uno, :it:Fabrizio_Del_Noce|Fabrizio Del Noce arrived at the management of "Linea Verde". He was dedicated to both programs. Meanwhile, the studios moved from Cinecittà to Rai-Dear studios. Raspollini, in the role of main author, followed “Linea Verde”, where :it:Guido_Barendson|Guido Barendson arrived to replace Del Noce. He then entrusted with the Saturday edition of “Linea Verde Horizons” and “Linea Verde Mercato”, conducted by Alessandro di Pietro.

The following year Carlo Raspollini left the "Green Line Market" to devote himself to "Green Line Horizons" and "Green Line" with :it:Paolo_Brosio|Paolo Brosio and :it:Paola_Saluzzi|Paola Saluzzi and the participation of :it:Gianfranco_Vissani|Gianfranco Vissani. Given the success of "La Prova del Cuoco", in the 2003/04 edition in January and March 2003, two "First special evenings" were held with the cast and authors of the newspaper.

On March 21, 2004, La Prova del Cuoco's third "Spring Evening" took place. In addition, a strip entitled "Christmas recipes" aired before Tg1 in 20 episodes was produced. At Easter 2005, a new special evening of “La Prova del Cuoco” took place. At the same time, Raspollini was called as an author to deal with current affairs in the weekly “Sabatodomenica &, a weekend show, where Vincenzo Galluzzo and Casimiro Lieto were in the cast.

Return to Unomattina and Linea Verde (2007-2010)

In 2007, he returned to “Unomattina” again to reform the format of the Rai Uno's morning newspaper, in which Eleonora Daniele and Luca Giurato were at the helm. The project included a shared programming with the summer edition, where :it:Veronica_Maya|Veronica Maya arrives alongside :it:Duilio_Giammaria|Duilio Giammaria. In subsequent editions various conductors alternate (Michele Cucuzza|Michele Cocuzza, :it:Duilio_Giammaria|Duilio Gianmaria, :it:Arnaldo_Colasanti|Arnaldo Colasanti, Miriam Leone, then :it:Pierluigi_Diaco|Pierluigi Diaco and :it:Georgia_Luzi|Georgia Luzi) but the formula remains mostly unchanged with a lot of information and columns of fashion, gastronomy, and health. Raspollini also took care of the “Weekend” edition with Fabrizio Gatti|Fabrizio Gatta and Sonia Grey|Sonia Gray.

“Linea Verde Orizzonti” continued its line of services and gastronomic requests. Whereas for "Linea Verde" there has been further change with another rookie: :it:Massimiliano_Ossini|Massimiliano Ossini to which Eva Crosetta has been added. Another edition of "Linea Verde" begins at the end of 2010, with Elisa Isoardi assisted by Fabrizio Rocca, while Gianfranco Vissani goes on to lead "Linea Verde Horizons".

Storie Vere (2010-2014)

The year 2011 began with a new primetime Golden Circus Festival, but this was the year of "Storie Vere” (True Stories). The excessive presence of programs with human events was invented and performed by actors (Forum, Final Verdict and others) at the basis of the conception of a new format to bring truth to the stories of television programs. Thus, "Unomattina Storie Vere” (True Stories) was born, which aired after ":it:Unomattina|Unomattina", in a space dedicated to emotions and family. Management was led by :it:Savino_Zaba|Georgia Luzi and :it:Savino_Zaba|Sabino Zaba.

In the summer, he proposed other formats: "Vitabella" where :it:Ingrid_Muccitelli|Ingrid Muccitelli and :it:Vira_Carbone|Vira Carbone worked alternately. "Unomattina Verde" (2013-14) which aired after "Storie Vere” with Elisa Isoardi and Massimiliano Ossini and "Ciao Come stai?” (Hello Come Are You?) with :it:Ingrid_Muccitelli|Ingrid Muccitelli during the summer.[1]. In the third edition of "True Stories", Eleonora Daniele arrived and the program was restyled in order to adapt it to the new presenter.

At this time, he also dealt with “Unomattina Estate” (Georgia Luzi and Pierluigi Diaco), "Linea Verde Orizzonti" (:it:Chiara_Giallonardo|Chiara Giallonardo, with whom :it:Luca_Sardella|Luca Sardella was added the following year) and ":it:Linea_verde_(programma_televisivo)|Linea Verde”, where Elisa Isoardi left and :it:Eleonora_Daniele|Eleonora Daniele arrived along with :it:Fabrizio_Gatta|Fabrizio Gatta.

For the first time, episodes of “Linea Verde” in the city have been made to observe the interactions between the countryside and the urban center in large cities. In the same year, he participated as an author on the Rai/Endemol show “Ora ci vorrebbe un amico” (Now it will take a friend) with Lorella Cuccarini on Rai Uno.

La7 (2014-2015)

In the 2014-15 season, Raspollini as author and director launched another format on the national TV network La7, which was conducted by Luca Sardella: “Il pollice verde sono io” (I am the green thumb). However, the program did not get the necessary space on TV to take off. So, he then left this work and moved to the Dominican Republic to follow other projects.

The move to the Caribbean (2016 – today)

He founded a production company with :it:Franco_Schipani|Franco Schipani, “Sghembelenz”, with whom he made a documentary “Cabarete - a land blessed by God” in 2016 and started the preparation of the film “Viva reggaeton” and other film projects.

With Innova Marketing Group, a period of consultation for international gastronomic events began for Raspollini, which then find a place in the Dominican capital, with high-level dinners at the Blue Mall with Massimo Bottura, Joan Roca i Fontané|Joan Roca, Virgilio Martínez Véliz|Virgilio Martinez and Jorge Vallejo between 2018 and 2019. After that, Covid 19 temporarily interrupted a series of already planned projects and events.

Theater

He wrote the comedy “Una Notte Americana” (An American night), together with Terry D'Alfonso, freely inspired by Luigi Pirandello|Luigi Pirandello's opera “I Giganti della Montagna”. Realized on behalf of the Italian Swiss Radio Television with Riccardo Cucciolla|Riccardo Cucciola, :it:Gianni_Cajafa|Gianni Caiafa and Milena Vukotic, the comedy aired in 1991.

MadeONfuture

In 2020, the “madeONfuture” website / magazine was born and was initiated by Joel Tilanti Tacla. It was supposed to be a blog but from the beginning, it presented itself as a site that gathers the best of the most interesting and curious news about the future. News, proposals, ideas, and projects concerning various sectors: technology, gastronomy, life in the city, entertainment, health, news from the future, boating, sports, stories, culture, art, the school and other voices. Curiosities

With Beppe Bigazzi, Paolo Tizzanini, Mauro Quirini, Luca Zanini, Paolo Pellegrini and Luigi Cremona, Raspollini founded the Magnificent Academy of the Hosts. It is a non-profit association, dedicated to supporting and spreading the meritorious activities of those who defend the genuine, quality and healthy product in taverns and restaurants, just like the farmer who produces it and the customer who chooses it. This is evident from the book “Osti Custodi” by Beppe Bigazzi.

In 2009, Raspollini attended in the Sommelier courses organized by the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS) at the headquarters of Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria Hotel, in Rome, Daniela Scrobogna and Paolo Lauciani teachers. Since Raspollini is no longer with Rai, he often becomes a guest of “Radio Radio” at the program “A special day” conducted by :it:Francesco_Vergovich|Francesco Vergovich for gastronomic themes[3]

Notes

His friendship with Beppe Bigazzi was the basis of his gastronomic preparations, which helped him in the realization of programs and events, publications and projects. As a result of this relationship, other friendships have arisen, both professional and personal, with Paolo Tizzanini, Simone Fracassi, Emanuele Vallini, Pietro Zito, Luigi Pomata, Rocco Iannone, Gennaro Esposito, Sal De Riso, Fabio Picchi, Mirko Martinelli, Cesare Marretti, Renatone Salvadori, Paolo Zoppolatti, the critic Luigi Cremona, the sommelier Adua Villa and others.
