Cardigan Integrated Care Centre is an Integrated care system in Cardigan, Ceredigion, Wales. It is managed by the Hywel Dda University Health Board.[1]

History

The facility was commissioned to replace the services previously provided at Cardigan and District Community Hospital, with the addition of social care services and a pharmacy.[2] The building also houses the town's General practice, the confusingly-named "Cardigan Health Centre."[3]

Access

Although the site is only around 0.74 km (0.46 miles) from the town centre, the topographical relief of the route poses a challenge for pedestrians with mobility issues. It has a patient car park and is serviced by the 408 bus.[4]
