Cardigan Integrated Care Centre is an Integrated care system in Cardigan, Ceredigion, Wales. It is managed by the Hywel Dda University Health Board.
The facility was commissioned to replace the services previously provided at Cardigan and District Community Hospital, with the addition of social care services and a pharmacy. The building also houses the town's General practice, the confusingly-named "Cardigan Health Centre."
Although the site is only around 0.74 km (0.46 miles) from the town centre, the topographical relief of the route poses a challenge for pedestrians with mobility issues. It has a patient car park and is serviced by the 408 bus.
