Cameron Herold is a Canadian entrepreneur, author, and business coach. He was the chief operating officer of the franchise company 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and later founded the COO Alliance, a membership organization for chief operating officers.[1][2]
Career
Herold operated several small businesses in his 20s before joining 1-800-GOT-JUNK? as chief operating officer.[3][1] During his tenure from 2001-2007, the company expanded its operations from a local business into an international franchise network. In this role, he worked on developing the internal structures and operational systems used by the company.[2]
He later founded the COO Alliance, an organization that serves as a network for chief operating officers.[2]

Herold gave a TEDx talk about how childhood learning traits relate to entrepreneurship.[3]He has also appeared on CNN Business to discuss corporate management.[4]
