About Raj Kosaraju

Maxil Technology Solutions Raj kosaraju has gained extensive experience in telecommunications and enterprise IT across united states and latin america. He played a key role in the IPO Merger & Acquisition and subsequent integration of CTIL between 2010-2012.[31] The company went for an IPO (Initial Public Offering) and the issue was oversubscribed many times. All said and done Comp–U–Learn India (CTIL) became well known when its subsidiary Astus Technologies Inc.[32] a New Jersey based (IT & ITES) entered into an MoU with US–based Lending space, to develop comprehensive business process solution for the home mortgage business.

Before deciding to start a floating business in 2000, Kalyan Reddy (Kal) and I were both employed professionals.[33] I attended Texas A&M and Costa Rica for my studies.[34][35][36] When we first met, Kalyan was doing computer science at Texas A&M University, and our friendship blossomed. We used to talk about business plans while Kal was working at Oracle.[37] The entrepreneurship bug started surfacing within us. We were aiming to become successful entrepreneurs and it started surfacing in us. Another friend Abdul Baig who was also in Texas A&M joined us. One day, we realized we had to start our own company, and that's how Maxil Technologies was founded. With just ten employees at the beginning, we had a very modest beginning. Today, we employ over 100 people. Kal and Raj co-founded Maxil Technology Solutions, Inc. in 2001 and currently serve as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Chicago-based company. Under their leadership, Maxil ranked 148th on the 2005 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and 411th on the Inc. 500 list. Additionally, in 2005, Maxil was ranked in the top 100 by Silicon India Magazine. In 2006, the company earned the distinction of being 3rd on the "Best Places to Work in Illinois." Maxil also ranked 91st on Fortune’s "Global Outsourcing 100" in April 2007 and 98th in the same list in 2006. In 2016, the company was ranked 3,352nd on the Inc. 5000.[38][39]

Kosaraju has also received the Alfred C. Sloan Award for Workplace Excellence and was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.[40][41][42]
