CID: Special Bureau[1] is an Indian crime television series which aired at Sony Entertainment Television which began on 3 January 2005. The series deals with old cases that had been left unsolved for many years. Also, to ensure a hook, the show dealt with one plot on both Monday and Tuesday within one week. CID: Special Bureau has its own team that solves the old cases. It lasts till 172 episodes. It used to air on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:30 P.M. from 3 January 2005 to 23 August 2005. From 29 August 2005 to 2 March 2006 it used to air from Monday to Thursday at 10:30 P.M.[2]
Plot
CID: Special Bureau was created by ACP Pradyuman. Its main motive was to solve those cases which were more than 10 years older and remained unsolved. It has its own team with ACP. It also has different forensic team. Each member of team were expert in their role. some of the episodes were crossovers with CID.
