Bukansar Bara is a small village of 4864 hectares in Sardarshahar Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bukansar Bara depends on SARDARSHAHAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bukansar Bara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Bukansar Bara's pin code is 331411[4], and village code is 00608500. The area of Bukansar Bara is segregated as 4700.11 hectares unirrigated, the 30.22 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 133.18 hectare area not available for cultivation.
