Bruno Irigoyen

Bruno Irigoyen (Porto Alegre, April 16th, 1992) is a former Brazilian Basketball player.[1] He played seven seasons for Minas Tênis Clube (basketball) and one season for Franca Basquetebol Clube. He abruptly retired from basketball in 2016, at age 24, after a few injuries and lack of motivation. [2]

He was part of the Brazilian U18 national team which achieved the unprecedented silver medal in the 2010 Fiba America’s U18 Championship for Men, in San Antonio, Texas.[3] He was also part of the Brazilian U19 national team in the 2011 Fiba World U19 World Championship for Men, in Latvia.[4]

In 2011 he was called up for the Brazilian national team that competed in the Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.[5]
