Brook Choulet, MD is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She founded Choulet Wellness: Scottsdale Concierge Psychiatry & Therapy in Scottsdale, Arizona. She co-founded La Jolla Concierge Psychiatry in San Diego, CA which was later renamed to Beverly Hills Concierge Psychiatry in 2024. Dr. Choulet co-founded the American Board of Sports & Performance Psychiatry (ABSPP) and was elected as the President of the ABSPP. Choulet was the team consulting psychiatrist for the NBA Phoenix Suns from August 2021 until December 2023 and for the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury from April 2022 until December 2023. She write a blog channel for Psychology Today called Sports & Performance Psychiatry.
Early Life
Choulet grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and attended La Jolla Country Day School in San Diego, CA for high school. She received a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts and her Medical Doctor degree at University of Missouri Kansas City's 6 year B.A./M.D. program.
Education & Medical Training
Choulet moved to Phoenix, AZ to complete her residency training in general psychiatry. Choulet then completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry through Creighton University in Phoenix.
