Brian R. Rucker is a history professor and author in the United States. He teaches at Pensacola State College and the University of West Florida.

He has written about the history of West Florida. He served as president of the Gulf South Historical Association. He was a presenter for Escambia County's 200th anniversary celebrations.[1]

Southeastern Louisiana University has a Brian Rucker Collection of papers.[2]
