Early Life and Education

Muldrow was born to William and Bertha Muldrow on February 25, 1974. As the youngest son, he grew up surrounded by family, including his brother William Muldrow Jr. and influential male figures like Jacob Jones (also known as Champ) and Raymond Jones. Raised by his mother and supported by his aunts Virginia Jones, Gloria Blunt, and Great Aunt Ida Jones, Muldrow learned the importance of family values and developed a deep appreciation for life's little blessings. He spent his formative years on the west end of town and frequently visited Booker T Washington Center (BTW) and Neighborhood House, where he cultivated his sense of community.

Muldrow attended Auburn High School, where he laid the foundation for his future success. After graduating, he pursued higher education at CCC (Columbia College), where he earned an associate's degree in business administration.

Muldrow's commitment to public service extends beyond his legislative position. He serves as the Founder and Chair of Minority Professional Association (MPA) and the Programming Chair of BTW. He also holds positions on the NAACP board and serves as the Business Improvement District DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Chair. Muldrow's dedication to community development is further evident through his involvement in various boards, including the Cayuga County Office of Tourism and his volunteer work with the Social Justice Task Force.
