Boroda is a small village of 269 hectares in Dausa Tehsil in Dausa district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Boroda depends on Dausa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 15.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Boroda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Boroda's pin code is 303507[4], and village code is 01390100. The area of Boroda is segregated as 64 hectares irrigated area, 100 hectares unirrigated, the 83 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 22 hectare area not available for cultivation.
