Borda is a small village of 1553 hectares in Shahpura Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Borda depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Borda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Borda's pin code is 311404[4], and village code is 02817000. The area of Borda is segregated as 150.55 hectares irrigated area, 699 hectares unirrigated, the 254 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 449 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Borda has One post office (Borda B.O) and One public telephone. Borda has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Borda is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2743 and has total administration over 584 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shahpura and Bhilwara to sell ghee and make their living.
