Bor Khandi Kalan is a small village of 1438 hectares in Peeplu Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bor Khandi Kalan depends on Malpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Bor Khandi Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bor Khandi Kalan's pin code is 304504[4], and village code is 02603700. The area of Bor Khandi Kalan is segregated as 300.73 hectares irrigated area, 789.35 hectares unirrigated, the 229.82 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 118.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.
