Booth Rathoran is a small village of 4772 hectares in Chohtan Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Booth Rathoran depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Booth Rathoran is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Booth Rathoran's pin code is 344702[4], and village code is 02252000. The area of Booth Rathoran is segregated as 2891 hectares unirrigated, the 1826.83 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 54 hectare area not available for cultivation.
