Bolatbek Serikbaevich Abdrasilov (born July 15, 1958, Kyzylorda, Kazakh SSR) is a Kazakhstani scholar and educator. He is a corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, and an academician of the Kazakh National Academy of Natural Sciences and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.[1] Abdrasilov has held a number of administrative posts, including executive secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan[2], chairman of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science[3], president of Qoja Ahmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, and rector of the Karaganda Industrial University. Since February 2024, he has been director of the National Testing Center under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan.[4]
