Bisain is a small village of 238.9 hectares in Fatehpur Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bisain depends on Tikait Nagar (N), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Bisain's pin code is 225302[4], and village code is 05691900. The area of Bisain is segregated as 179.2 hectares irrigated area, 19.612 hectares unirrigated area. the 27.076 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 13.038 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bisain has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Bisain is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2818 and has total administration over 442 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Tikait Nagar (N) and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
