William Nolan Jr. (born 29 July 1982) also known as Billy Nolan is an American entrepreneur and designer. He is best known for founding All Star Motivation, a fragrance brand in the United States.[1] Nolan is considered a prolific influencer in the fragrance Industry. His company, All Star Motivation and LPR is considered as one of the premier fragrance brands in the United States.[2]
Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, Nolan developed an interest in business at an early age and built a complete lineup of fragrances. Known for his unique marketing style, he launched LPR (Liquid Panty Remover), he was quickly able to sell 100,000 pieces only from the trunk of cars. Nolan currently serves as the President and Designer of All Star Motivation.
Under his leadership, Liquid Panty Remover was able to set a record for the highest sales on social media channels including Facebook and Instagram. Nolan has been featured in several high-tier media outlets including Yahoo, Access Wire, The Chicago Journal, and others for his accomplishments and being a unique entrepreneur who has stood out from the mass.[3]
Early life and education
Born on July 29, 1982, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Nolan attended and graduated from Palo Verde High School. He has an interest in baseball and by 2000 he was a standout baseball player and had received several scholarship offers where he settled on New Mexico St. Due to a knee injury he was forced to look for a different direction. At the age of 19, he dropped out of college and left for Dallas, Texas to start his entrepreneurial career.
Career
After moving to Dallas, he started working for a major perfume and cologne distributor that sold name-brand fragrances such as Versace, Liz Claiborne, Davidoff, and several other brands. He returned to Las Vegas and started his own distribution center. There was a flood of basic fragrances in the market that influenced Nolan to build a unique fragrance company where he could do something unique and more creative. All Star Motivation was launched in 2010, a unique fragrance brand that focuses on exclusivity and loyalty.[4]
Right from the beginning, All Star Motivation utilized exclusivity and attracted discerning customers. Due to the unique strategy, the company saw a long chain of loyal customers who did not want to buy fragrances that everyone else was wearing. The brand offered several fragrances for both men and women.[5]
In 2010, Nolan launched LPR, Liquid Panty Remover, which became a hit right after its launch and sold 100,000 pieces out of the trunk of cars. Under his leadership, the company has grown in multi-folds to 20 million in sales, with over 2 million customers just selling out of the trunk of cars.
LPR, Liquid Panty Remover became one of the most viral fragrances and set sales records on all social media platforms. In 2021, LPR had nearly a million in sales and was re-purchased by an average of 9 out of 10 buyers coming back for more.
