Bill Manassero is an American entrepreneur, missionary, podcaster, and former children's music artist. He is the founder of Child Hope International, a humanitarian organization operating in Haiti, and the host of the Old Dawg's REI Network podcast, a show recognized for providing real estate investing education to seniors and late-life investors.[1]

Music career
In the 1990s and early 2000s, Manassero performed as a Christian children's music artist under the stage name *Mister Bill*. In 2004, Manassero and his wife Susette founded Child Hope International in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The organization established the Maison de Lumière (House of Light) orphanage, which provides care, education, and vocational training for abandoned children.[11] The couple and their work were featured in CNN’s documentary Rescued, hosted by Soledad O’Brien, which highlighted Haitian orphans’ challenges after the 2010 earthquake.[12][13] A segment about their mission, focused on the lives of girls raised in Haiti, was also broadcast on *Oprah’s Next Chapter*.[14]
Real estate and podcasting
Manassero founded the *Old Dawg's REI Network* podcast—a show tailored to late‑life and senior real estate investors—to explore passive income strategies. The podcast ran for over 400 episodes and featured interviews with prominent investors like Ken McElroy; it is distributed on platforms including Apple Podcasts, Amazon, and Podcast Republic.[1]
