Biliya is a small village of 496 hectares in Chittaurgarh Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Biliya depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 72.33% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Biliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Biliya's pin code is 312901[4], and village code is 03599100. The area of Biliya is segregated as 72.33 hectares irrigated area, 163.65 hectares unirrigated, the 122.03 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 138.37 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chittaurgarh and Chittorgarh to sell earthen pot and make their living.
