Bilawas is a small village of 163 hectares in Nathdwara Tehsil in Rajsamand district, for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bilawas depends on NATHDWARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 5.50% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bilawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bilawas's pin code is 313202[4], and village code is 03054600. The area of Bilawas is segregated as 10 hectares irrigated area, 15.96 hectares unirrigated, the 50.03 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 87.03 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NATHDWARA and Rajsamand to sell juggary and make their living.
