Bidon[1] — a metal container for transporting liquids, most often milk, or liquid fuel (kerosene, diesel fuel), with one or more carrying handles. As a rule, cylindrical (less often — rectangular) with a wide neck. It is usually closed with a metal cover. In cans intended for transportation on vehicles, hermetically sealed lids can be used — to prevent spillage when the can is tipped over.[2]
