Bhom Jyak is a small village of 183 hectares in Sujangarh Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bhom Jyak depends on BIDASAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bhom Jyak is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Bhom Jyak's pin code is 331518[4], and village code is 00658800. The area of Bhom Jyak is segregated as 104.12 hectares unirrigated, the 39.82 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 39 hectare area not available for cultivation.
